Kontrakten er et pÃ¥gÃ¥ende prosjekt i boring og blast tunneling med en norsk lokal myndighet, og vil fokusere pÃ¥ foringer og fuging. Dette er en rolle som arbeider med entreprenÃ¸ren og nÃ¦rt med en stor nasjonal klient for Ã¥ levere motorvei-tunnelen, da norsk sprÃ¥k er avgjÃ¸rende.
De sÃ¸ker en godt avrundet Site-spesialist som er i stand til Ã¥ overvÃ¥ke bygging, skiftestyring, budsjetter og operativ styring av prosjektrapporteringen til prosjektlederen.
Rollen vil vÃ¦re fokusert pÃ¥ levering av en multi million NOK kontrakt og vil vÃ¦re en nÃ¸kkel langsiktig rolle for selskapet. Stillingen vil tillate dannelse av et stort nettstedsteam, utvikling av merkevaren og nye prosjekter i regionen, samt levering av store prosjekter innen tunnel- og undergrunnsstrukturer.
Byggeleder vil vÃ¦re ansvarlig for fÃ¸lgende:
Teknisk ledelse innen tunnelforbindelser og norsk tunneling
-Implementering av kvalitetsstandarder
-Budget management og innkjÃ¸p
-Bygging og rekruttering av et stort lag
-Liaising med designteam
En ideell kandidat til denne stillingen vil ha fÃ¸lgende:
-Degree eller tilsvarende i gruve- eller anleggsingeniÃ¸r.
- MÃ¥ vÃ¦re flytende i NORSK (svensk kan vurderes)
Tidligere erfaring i roller som; Prosjektleder, Byggeleder, Shift manager.
- Erfaring med underjordisk utgravning, stasjoner, huler, drill og blast, konvensjonell tunneling, betong og stÃ¸rre underjordiske sivilprosjekter vil vÃ¦re avgjÃ¸rende
A large project in Norway requires a experienced tunnelling specialist as a Construction Manager to support in the management of a large contract in Norway. The contract is an on-going project in drill & blast tunnelling with a Norwegian Local authority and will focus on linings and grouting. This is a role working with the contractor and closely with a major national client to deliver the highway tunnel, as such Norwegian language is essential.
They are seeking a well rounded Site specialist who is able to oversee the construction, shift management, budgets and operational management of the project reporting into the project manager.
The role will be focused on the delivery of a multi million NOK contract and will be a key long term role for the company. The position will allow for the forming of a large site team, the development of the brand and new projects in the region, and the delivery of major projects within tunnelling & underground structures.
The Construction manager will be responsible for the following:
-Technical leadership within tunnel linings and Norwegian tunnelling
-Implementing quality standards
-Budget management and procurement
-Building and recruiting a large team
-Liaising with design teams
An ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
-Degree or equivalent in mining or civil engineering.
-Must be fluent in NORWEGIAN (Swedish could be considered)
-Previous experience in roles such as; Project Manager, Construction manager, Shift manager.
-Experience with underground excavation, stations, caverns, drill & blast, conventional tunnelling, concrete and major underground civil projects will be essential
